The NHS does not pay for some of the services we provide. Examples of these services are private sick notes, insurance forms, holiday cancellation forms, medical reports, private prescriptions and some vaccination services. If you need to discuss this service including the costs associated please contact the surgery with the details of your requirements. These will always be at the discretion of the GP.
